Community drop-in meetings mark Borders Railway progress

Significant progress has been made on the Borders Railway project over the past year. The project team is taking the opportunity to let the public know about the up-coming works and how they could affect their communities through a series of drop-in sessions.

  • Tuesday 10th December, 3-7pm – Stow Town Hall, Stow, TD1 2QN

Borders Railway staff will be on hand to answer any queries. There will also be up-to-date photos, current maps and plans available to look at.

Craig Bowman, Communications Manager, Borders Railway, said:  “Network Rail has now been managing the Borders Railway project for a year and we’re making significant progress. We are keen to give people an opportunity to understand the work that has been undertaken to date and to speak to members of the project team about the next steps.

“We will have a range of photographs, maps and images available for the public to view.  We look forward to welcoming local residents at each of the drop-in sessions.”
